The space

This airy & modern apartment is spread over 60M2 and boasts two bright bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen & living area and a full modern family bathroom. The private spacious terrace is a peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee or early evening drink with friends & family.

The Master Bedroom
A bright room with a window to the terrace has a comfy double bed, high quality bedding, bedside lighting & black out shutters to ensure you’ll enjoy a restful nights sleep. A wardrobe with plenty of hanging space keeps the space clutter free.

The Double bedroom
A double bed, bedside lighting and black out shutters make a cosy double bedroom with plenty of storage for your belongings.

The Kitchen / Diner
You’ll enjoy preparing food in the fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities, utensils and cooking equipment to entertain at home. A dining table seats 6 and a great place to enjoy a meal together.

The Lounge area
A comfy sofa, that converts into a sofa bed for extra sleeping space, a flat screen TV and coffee table is a good space to relax after a day of sightseeing. A patio door leads to the terrace with seating to enjoy the outdoors.

Bathroom
A modern fully tiled bathroom with walk in shower, WC, handbasin and large mirror. There is also a hairdryer, shower gel, hand soap and provide all our guests with fresh white fluffy towels, so you can pack light.

Entrance Hall
The bright entrance hall leads from the front door, there is a desk and chair for those that wish to work and we provide plenty of maps, personally written guides and books are also yours to enjoy during your stay.

If required, baby items can also be rented upon booking, from a stroller to a high chair, these carry a small extra fee and are of the same high quality as the apartment.

The entire apartment, terrace & amenities are yours to enjoy and feel at home in, you will not share the home with anyone.

Guest interaction

We will be available 24/7 in case of emergency by telephone after that we are reachable via the Airbnb message app for any personal issue or advice you may need during your stay.

The neighborhood

This Barcelona neighbourhood has a small town feeling and tranquil atmosphere, you’ll be neighbours with local people and less tourists. It’s a wonderful area to stay with children, because of the greenery and nearby parks.

Local supermarkets and grocery stores are plenty full and neighbouring Gracia has some wonderful boutique stores if shopping is your thing.

Excellent direct access to the city centre means you’ll never be far from the buzz of central Barcelona, and most tourist sights are walkable on foot.
