The space
This modern detached gated home is located in one of the best neighbourhoods of Sitges and just minutes walk from the glorious beaches of Sitges, with its relaxed beach bars & stylish restaurants.

With private entrance this modern stylish home is spread over 4 spacious floors, has 6 well designed bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, 4 of which are en suite.

This luxurious home has a private pool, large dining/ chill out deck, BBQ area, various private terraces, Wi-fi throughout, on site parking and stunning rooftop deck with views to the sea and beyond. Comfortably sleeping 14 people there is plenty of space for families or friends wishing experience the very best of Sitges, Costa Brava.

The house is fully equipped with all modern amenities and you will have access to the following during your stay:

Ground Floor:

Entrance Hall — With stairs to the first floor and basement.

Lounge / Diner — flooded with natural daylight its a area is a great space to relax, with two sofas , coffee table, mood lighting, large flat screen SMART TV Netflix / Prime Video etc and wide sliding doors to the dining deck and chill out area. A glass-top dining table is a great place to enjoy meals together.

Dining Deck / Chill out area — A private & intimate space with outside table, chairs, corner sofas & a coffee table to enjoy early evening drinks or breakfast al fresco. A pretty outdoor day bed is towards the back of the property for some relaxing down time with a great book.

To the back of the house there is a shaded terrace with a ping-pong table for family fund and another relaxed dining area with table and chairs.

Pool Area — The ‘L’ shaped pool wraps around to the front of the house with safety rail and gradual steps to enter and is a great place for adults to relax and children to play in the pool. The garden is laid to grass & walled by trees for privacy, there are also two beautiful sculptures to enjoy. An outdoor shower and beds to make the most of sunbathing in the Mediterranean sun.

The Kitchen — Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer with ice machine, oven, stove, coffee machine, toaster and all the crockery, glassware & cooking utensils needed to enjoy entertaining at home.

Bedroom One ( Sleeps 2) — A double bedroom with full En suite bathroom & patio doors to the garden. A comfy double bed (150 x200) Bedside lighting & Black out. Special attention has been paid to the quality of the bedding ensuring a restful nights sleep.

First Floor:

Bedroom Two Double with En Suite Bathroom (Sleep 2) — A spacious and light filled bedroom with sun terrace overlooking the pool & garden. Plenty of storage, Black out shutters, bedside lighting and a comfy double bed (140 x 200)

Bedroom Three Twin with En suite bathroom (Sleeps 2) — Two comfy individual beds and a small writing area overlooking the dining deck, bedside lighting & black out shutters.

Second Floor:

Bedroom Three, Master suite ( Sleep 2) — With large sliding doors to the stunning decked terrace a place to relax in privacy over looking the garden and access to the roof terrace with views to the sea. This large light filled private suite has an ample double bed (160×200) plenty of wardrobe space, nightstands, bedside lighting and quality bed linen, special attention has been paid to the quality of the design and soft furnishings.

Third Floor Roof Deck — Accessed from the master suite & with panoramic views to the sea and the mountains, this high up hide out is a wonderful space for sun bathing or enjoying drinks whilst watching the sunset.

Lower Ground Floor:

Living Room — A spacious chill out area with sofa, coffee table and plenty of storage.

Bedroom Four, Double Bedroom with En suite & Private terrace (Sleeps 3)- A comfy double bedroom with a Double Bed (160×200) and an individual bed (90×200). Bedside lighting, wardrobes & black out shutters. With doors to an intimate outside terrace with steps to access the pool area and garden.

Laundry / Utility Room — Ideal for families this space is fully equipped to wash and dry laundry, store beach essentials. A high-end washing machine & tumble dryer, sink area, drying racks, ironing board and iron.

Bedroom Five (Sleeps 2) — A small double with patio doors leading to the dining deck. A comfy Day bed that easily converts into a double bed if needed, Quality bedding, bedside lighting and black out make for a restful nights sleep.

Quality bedding and fresh towels are provided for each guest and should you wish extra cleaning can be arranged for a fee. A hairdryer, shower gel and hand soap are all provided so you can pack light.

There is ample parking for three or four cars to towards the side of the house covered by a shade canopy.

We can also provide baby items, from strollers to cribs & play pens if needed, just let us know upon booking.

The house, pool and garden is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, we simply ask that you respect it as if it were your own home.
There is one small unaccessible locked bedroom on the Lower Ground floor for storage that is not for guest use.
