An entire 114 m² flat in the Esquerra de l’Eixample, with four bedrooms, a balcony facing Tibidabo and a table for eight. For a group or a family that wants real space and the centre fifteen minutes away on foot.

Third floor with lift, one of only two flats per floor: the apartment runs the full depth of the building, from the street to the inner courtyard. That gives it two sides: the lounge and balcony face the Tibidabo mountain, and the main bedrooms look onto the quiet inner patio, where you sleep in silence.

The lounge is the heart of the home: sofa, 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Apple TV, books and city guides, and a dining table for eight. Blackout shutters, and a door to the balcony for the morning coffee.

Four bedrooms for six people: one double with a 160 cm bed, one twin and two singles, all with blackout shutters, wardrobe space and cotton bed linen. If you need one more place, the sofa bed in the lounge. The lounge and the two main bedrooms have air conditioning; the two singles are cooled from the hallway.

A full bathroom with bath, bidet and hairdryer, plus a second toilet with washbasin. The kitchen has everything to cook at home: induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and fridge-freezer, with matching crockery and glassware. Washing machine in the utility space at the back, with a drying rack.

300 Mb WiFi throughout, heating, smoke and CO alarms. Travelling with a baby? We can leave a cot, high chair and baby bath for a small charge: just tell us when you book.

It is a residential building, and we look after it as one: quiet hours from 10pm to 9am, no parties and no smoking inside (the balcony, with an ashtray, is there for that).

Esquerra de l’Eixample, on Carrer d’Aragó: Cerdà’s grid and the modernist façades, in the part where locals actually live. Cafés, a bakery and a supermarket on the same block, the Sant Antoni market ten minutes on foot and Plaça de Catalunya fifteen. Urgell (L1) and Universitat (L1, L2) metro stations a few minutes away; from Universitat, the Aerobús gets you to El Prat in half an hour.
