You walk down a few steps and the street noise disappears. This refurbished ground-floor flat keeps its original Catalan vaulted ceilings —exposed brick, the curves of old masonry— and pairs them with a full renovation that hasn’t stripped away its character.

The living room is the heart of the home: a generous sofa, a fireplace, a Smart TV and a vaulted ceiling that gives it unexpected height for a lower-ground flat. To one side, a separate dining room with a proper table opens straight onto the patio, so meals happen with the door open.
