The space
Located in the heart of Gracia, on a peaceful street that ensures a relaxing stay and a good night’s sleep, our 60M2 (645 Sq Ft) penthouse apartment has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard. Our apartment fuses authentic Catalan beamed ceilings with contemporary design and all the modern amenities you would expect for modern living.

The apartment is very bright throughout the day. You will love to have breakfast with the morning sunlight coming through the large windows of the kitchen area while enjoying a magnificent view of the city whilst, in the afternoon, lots of light come also through the windows of the charming balcony of the living area.

The flat is distributed in three zones, living/sleeping at one end, kitchen/dinning on the opposite end, while the spacious entrance and the bathroom are located in the central area.

The main living/sleeping area is a generous space with a pretty balcony. It is partially divided by a bookshelf. A new quality double bed on one end and a L-shaped sofa/double bed on the other allow a total of 4 people to sleep comfortably. Great for good friends, families with children or couples traveling for business or pleasure.

And if you have a baby we also have a baby cot and high chair for the little one (including fresh mattress, sheets and a blanket) – Just ask us.

There is a TV and plenty of guides for your information and ease.

A dining table with two chairs serves as a working area in case you need it. WiFi is available throughout the apartment and works very well.

At the opposite end of the flat, large windows make the kitchen/ dining area stunningly bright. The open kitchen has been fully upgraded and is equipped with all you will need: dishwasher, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a washer/dryer, iron & ironing board in case you need to do some laundry. A coffee machine is also provided.

Kitchen equipment includes plates, mugs, glasses, wine and cava glasses, cooking pots, pans, kitchen utensils and cutlery.

The large dining table sits up to 6 and it is perfect to share family/friends time. From this area you will enjoy unblocked view of the city beyond whilst having breakfast, dinner or a glass of wine. A stereo with Bluetooth it’s also available in this area.

The bathroom is spacious and has been fully refurbished with a powerful walk-in shower, WC and bowl sink. We will provide fresh fluffy towels so you can pack light. Shower gel, a hairdryer and essentials are also provided.

There is also a large wardrobe with generous hanging space, hangers and storage for your belongings.

The apartment features central heating for the chillier winter months and AC for summer although its large windows at both ends allow natural fresh air to circulate during warmer months.

Please note our apartment is on the 4th floor, without elevator, typical of this type of Barcelona building. So far our guests have loved our apartment and its location, but it is perhaps not best suited to the elderly or people with walking difficulties. We think it’s a great way to work off the tapas 😉

We love the neighbourhood of Gracia, we are convinced it is the best place to stay in Barcelona for those who want not only to visit the traditional touristic attractions of the city and for those that need to visit the exhibition venues, such as the Fira, but also to discover and taste the flavour of the local life as we do. We also think our flat is a gem that genuinely reflects the lifestyle of some of those who live here in Gracia.
