The space
This top floor apartment with fantastic views is located in a modernist building and comfortably sleeps 3 people.
The fully equipped modern open kitchen has all you need to prepare meals at home, with built in dishwasher & washing machine for your convenience, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups and all utensils make things easy.
From the kitchen you pass to the dining area, with seating for 4 its a great area to enjoy a meal after a long day.
The separate bright double bedroom has hanging space for clothes and a music centre for your enjoyment. Bedside reading lamps and plug sockets for charging phones. We provide fresh white cotton bedding and a fluffy duvet.
The lounge area is simple, with a very comfortable double sofa / bed, that can be used if needed. We don’t have a TV, but prefer the views from the terrace 😉
The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle, modern bowl sink and toilet, we also proved a hairdryer so that you can pack light. fresh towels, soap and essentials are also there for your convenience.
One of the most enjoyable parts of our apartment is the terrace, there is over 40Sq meters with great views. Its a fantastic place to enjoy the Barcelona skyline. Take a breakfast in the early morning sun, enjoy early evening drinks or soak up some sun on our sun loungers and deck chairs we provide.
Guest access
We invite our guests to use our apartment as if it was your own home, we simply ask that you respect it as if it was your own and that you do not smoke inside, but use the terrace and the ashtray provided.
Other things to note
This is a great location if you are visiting any fair at the Fira or Near Placa España – Just a few minutes walk.
