The space
This fully equipped airy & modern apartment with WIFI is spread over 55 M2 and boasts two bright bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen & living area and a full family bathroom.

You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay and includes the following:

The Master Bedroom
A bright space with a window has a comfy double bed, quality bedding, bedside lighting & shutters to ensure you’ll enjoy a restful nights sleep. A wardrobe with Plenty of hanging space keep the space clutter free.

The Double bedroom
A double bed, bedside lighting and black out shutters make a cosy double bedroom.

The Kitchen / Diner
You’ll enjoy preparing food in the fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities, utensils and cooking equipment to entertain at home. A dining table is a great place to enjoy a meal together.

The Lounge area
A comfy sofa, that converts into a sofa bed for extra sleeping space, a flat screen TV and coffee table is a good space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Bathroom
A fully tiled bathroom with walk in shower, WC, hand basin and large mirror. There is also a hairdryer, shower creme, hand soap and fresh white towels, so you can pack light.

If required, baby item can also be rented upon booking, from a crib to a stroller to a high chair, so you can pack light.

Location

About the location

The neighborhood of Horta – Guinardó is located northwest of the center of Barcelona, practically in the outskirts of the Catalan capital city.

This extensive area with agricultural past has farmhouses, orchards, and mansions. Was at first an independent town (San Juan de Horta) until 1904, year in which it was annexed to Barcelona.

Its biggest boom happened between the XV and XVII century, and it was due to its special geography and the abundance of water.

This privileged area had 3 or 4 important torrents that served water to Barcelona making it an important reserve for the city, and at the same time allowed for the setting-up of many laundry facilities that boosted the economy of its residents.

Currently, the district of Horta – Guinardó is the 3rd largest in Barcelona, even though is not visited much by travelers.

This is because it is not a very well known area and it is located far away from the city center. Nonetheless, in it we find places that are truly worth a visit, which is why we have gone to take a stroll around its streets and invite you to get to know a bit more of this place, want to come with us?
