With wooden floors throughout, exposed beams and brickwork, AC/ Heating & high speed WIFI, it’s a fantastic location from which to explore Barcelona, whether staying for business or leisure. With nearby parking & all local amenities, you will live like a local whilst discovering the delights of Gothic Barcelona.

The space

Experience the very best of Barcelona whilst living like a local in this charming penthouse apartment. Fully equipped and located on a private passage in the stunning Gothic neighbourhood in the heart of the old town.

It has all mods cons one would expect in a modern home. There is both heating, AC and high speed WIFI throughout the apartment for your comfort & ease.

You will have full access to the entire apartment that ideally sleeps 4 people. (with an extra 2 day beds in the lounge if needed, accommodating 6)

Bedroom One:
Master bedroom with charming exposed brickwork, plenty of hanging space for all your belongings. Black out curtains, comfy, quality bedding & pillows and bedside lighting ensure a restful nights sleep.

Bedroom Two:
Comfy double bed, plenty of storage, bedside lighting and quality bedding.

Bathroom:
A walk shower cubical with wall mounted shower, WC and Hand basin, Mirror and a hairdryer so you can pack light. There is also a washing machine for your ease & comfort.

The Lounge:
A spacious and well designed space with a small window to the private passageway. Local modern art adorns the walls and a flat screen SMART TV with Netflix is there for your entertainment. International channels are available on request. Two comfy day beds double as a sofa or beds if extra sleeping space is required.

The Kitchen:
Fully equipped open plan kitchen with Oven, Hob, Microwave, Large Fridge freezer, Coffee maker and all kitchen utensils, plates, bowls etc that you would need to cook at home.

The dining area:
A six seater dining table with mood lighting is a great space to entertain at home with fresh produce bought from the boqueria market, which is just a stones throw away.

We provide all guests with white fluffy towels, all bedding, an iron & ironing board for your ease.

There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, a traditional bakery & a convenience store just a minute from the apartment with a good selection of products.

There is a secure private parking just a minute from the apartment for those arriving by car.

We can also provide baby items, baths, strollers, cribs. Please note there is an extra charge for these items during your rental.

You will receive two sets of keys to the apartment, so no need to worry if your party has different plans.

Other things to note

• Minimum 32 nights only
• Please note that our wonderful apartment is on the top floor of our building, reached via a communal staircase, without elevator/ lift, 92 steps to get to the apartment, therefore we do not recommend it to people with walking difficulties / the unfit / perhaps more senior people or people with very large luggage/ baggage. It is assumed that you have read this note prior to booking, and refunds will not be honored in relation to this.
• As of April 2017, We, as ‘Hosts’ are required by the law of Barcelona (Ley Ciudadana) to take Passport details of ALL of our guests, this information will be delivered to the police within 24 Hours of your check in, its very much a familiar procedure, as you would do if checking into a hotel.
• We can supply all number of baby items form baths to strollers and cribs – This carries a extra fee and is reservable after booking
• Utility bills are NOT included and we ask for 150 EUR per month to cover this, payable on check in. Any thing over that amount will be charged for. No guest has ever exceed this amount
• HIgh speed WIFI is free
• No Animals permitted.
