The space
Spread over 45 M2 this light filled apartment has wooden floors throughout, modern high spec decor, high speed WIFI and large floor to ceiling windows that over look a pretty patio. The roof terrace is an added bonus and a great space to enjoy coffee and a good book.

With style & functionality at the heart of this well designed space, there is a kitchen with a microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine and oven, a separate stylish bathroom with walk in shower shower, hairdryer and Fresh White towels.

Bedroom area with comfy double bed, bedside lighting, plenty of storage and quality bedding, we ensure you get a good nights rest.

The bright lounge is a great space to enjoy a meal and relax after a long day of sightseeing. A Flat screen TV and plenty of local guide books are yours to enjoy.

We provide all our guests with fresh white towels for your stay, shower gel, hand soap and kitchen basics such as salt, sugar, pepper.

Guest access
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy and feel at home in. Feel free to use the amenities and the roof terrace at your leisure, we simply ask that you respect it as if it were your own home.

Other things to note
As of April 2017, We as ‘hosts’ are now required by the law of Barcelona (Ley Ciudadana) to take Passport / ID details of all of our guests, this information will be delivered to the police within 24 Hours of your check in, its very much a familiar procedure, as you would do if checking into a hotel.

The neighborhood

El Poblenou is a vast district with hip cafes and tapas bars along Rambla de Poblenou boulevard, and converted factories housing tech offices and design showrooms. Sights around Plaça de les Glòries Catalanes include Els Encants flea market, futuristic Barcelona Design Museum and the Torre Agbar skyscraper, designed by Jean Nouvel.

Dotted with ice-cream vendors, cool cafes & trendy local eateries. Mar Bella beach & Bogatell Beach is a popular spot for volleyball and considered the best beach in Barcelona.

Getting around

Llacuna Metro Station is a 3-minute walk away from the property (Yellow Line 4)

A 25 minute walk from Gaudi’s La Sagrada Familia & Ciutadella Park is 1.4 km away and a great place for children.

The best beach in Barcelona ‘Mar Bella’ Is just 15 minutes away and offers excellent facilities, beach bars, water sports & showers. The beach is not a natural beach and has been created during the urban redevelopment of the littoral made for the Olympics of 1992.

Located between Nova Mar Bella Beach and Bogatell Beach, it stretches itself on 500 meters and 42 meters wide. You’ll find sports facilities such as ping pong tables, basketball and volleyball courts available for everyone.

A nautical base is also located next to Mar Bella Beach if you want to enjoy Barcelona’s seafront from a boat or go on excursions aboard of a kayak or a catamaran.
For diving lovers, the “Complex Esportiu Municipal Mar Bella” is just a few meters away!

You can take the metro to Plaça Catalunya, considered the centre and Las Ramblas & the gothic quarter in around 20 minutes.
